Segue a regra acima e ajuda a classificar arquivos por data de versão. Basta classificálos em ordem alfabética.

Mantenha versões históricas dos seus arquivos

Ao começar a fazer uma mudança significativa num arquivo, ou ao começar um dia novo, salve uma nova cópia do arquivo. Guarde as versões obsoletas em uma pasta separada (antigos, histórico, obsoleto). 

Datas do novo dia, em geral, são suficientes para distinguir as versões. Use letras no final da data para distinquir versões do mesmo dia.

Espaço em disco rígido não é mais recurso escarço, pode ser abusado.

Crie nomes de arquivos detalhados para clareza

Os limites de tamanho de nome de arquivos ainda existem, mas são bem mais flexíveis. Prefira a clareza e informações explícitas. Mas bom senso deve vigorar.

1. adicionar a data de recebimento no formato aaaammdd

2. se modificar, adicione um identificador e a data de modificação
